Admit it, you love being one of the 90’s kids. And we all remembered how it was like back in those days. No, we’re not dinosaurs yet. But before the generation that stared at smartphones and the internet all day, there were those who did silly, awkward things who thought they were the only ones doing it.

Don’t worry. You weren’t the only one who did them. In fact, we remember them all too well. Here are our favorites!

·         You used to think that the moon followed your car.

Was the moon being sneaky all those times? This was definitely one of those childhood mysteries that we never quite figured out until we took lessons about the Solar System. Blame your science teacher for spoiling the fun.

·         You used to swallow fruit seeds and get scared to death that a tree was going to grow in your tummy.

This was one of our favorite “uh-oh” moments. Come on, it was just watermelon seeds... until one of your tita’s said that you’ll be growing your own farm in your stomach. Thank you, tita for giving us one of our most memorable tummy traumas.

·         You had that one pen with 6 colors, and tried to push all the buttons at once.

If you had that pen, your childhood was magical. It was definitely a joy to have that six-colored pen. Then your brain said, “Hey! Here’s an idea! Why don’t you push all the buttons at once?” And you did!

No regrets, no regrets.

·         You'd put your arms in your shirt and told people you lost your arms.

And the fact that some of your friends never believed that you did wasn’t enough to break your kiddy-spirit! No kill-joy friend was enough to stop you from pulling the prank of the amputated arms.

·         You would restart the video game whenever you knew you were going to lose.

You just knew when you were the one on the bad end of a video game. And you weren’t going to let it ruin your record of high scores. Your savior? The restart button!

And can we all just admit that some of us still do this? Please and thank you.

·         You would wait behind a door to scare someone, but soon leave because they were taking too long.

Being the sneaky, little ball of awesomeness you are, you were always that friend who did it. But then again, that person you were trying to scare should’ve been at the door a few seconds ago. A few more moments pass and you realize that the joke was on you. He never came. Sad, right?

These few moments in life made our childhood the best! And if you did something that we didn’t, why don’t you guys share it with us?
